Cartridge Not Registering

This is indicated when the Medipen:
  1. Displays an orange Status LED
  2. Displays a pulsing Cartridge symbol
  3. Emits a double tone
This could be caused by the following reasons:
  1. No cartridge is detected (inserted incorrectly)
  2. Needle Cartridge Error due to invalid Cartridge
Possible solutions:
  1. Remove and refit Needle Cartridge to ensure it is installed correctly.
  2. Replace Needle Cartridge with a new one
If none of these solutions work, please contact support by raising a ticket.
