- Insert the drive ball end of the Cartridge into the Medipen.
- Turn Cartridge a quarter-turn clockwise to securely lock it in place.
- Keep the protective cap in place until immediately before treatment.
A Cartridge can be installed while the Medipen is powered on or off; however, the needling motor will not run without a Needle Cartridge installed.
If the Needle Cartridge is not installed properly, the LCD screen will display the Cartridge symbol flashing on and off.
The Medipen will not operate until the Cartridge is installed correctly. Only install a genuine Compatible Cartridge at all times. Installation of any other Cartridge will risk damage to the Medipen and possible voiding of warranty.
